Having served on the Hooksett Budget Committee for 4 years and a local resident himself, William knows the burden raising property taxes place on families. In Concord, he will work to restore the state’s fair-share of funding to our towns and schools.

Strong, well-funded public schools are the basis of a strong community. In Concord, William will work to limit school vouchers, which remove money from our local public schools, and to increase the state’s constitutionally mandated share of school funding.

William has witnessed the rising energy costs impact his neighbors and himself year after year. He will work to increase investment in affordable American-made clean energy. Also, William will work to ensure utility increases from corporations and data-centers are paid by those businesses instead of being passed onto local communities.

Having two young children in full time daycare, William understands the huge financial burden child care places on NH families. He will work to support programs to train new child care professionals while streamlining the state’s licensing and administration processes.

Having worked as an EMT, William has seen the importance of an individual’s right to make their own healthcare decisions. In Concord, William will work to protect each individual’s right to access healthcare services including supporting the NH Immunization Program.
